About
Most of my work begins with no inherited context, and I have learned to understand an unfamiliar business quickly enough to turn an undefined problem into a direction the team can act on.
I like working on messy systems with people who are willing to say when something still doesn't make sense. I ask a lot of questions, investigate when a brief only treats the obvious symptom. I also prototype early, because it is much easier to have a useful disagreement when there is something real in front of us.
Outside work, I cook 🍲, watch a lot of Conan O'Brien 🎭, and make what I firmly believe is the best chai 🫖 in the world. Nobody who has tried it has disagreed with me yet.
Lately, I've been studying to better understand human consciousness.

- Led design for Sales Workbench, PANW’s platform supporting over $3B in annual pipeline activity, collaborating with cross-functional teams in strategy, operations, sales, and data and multiple Product / Engineering functions.
- Designed complex workflows, reducing cross-tool switching by 40% and resulting in decommissioning of 12 internal legacy tools.
- Introduced AI-driven features to Sales Workbench tailoring experiences for in-depth analysis, resulting in 4+ follow-up chains; reduced the effort of verifying AI responses for users by 75%.
- Built a functional generative UI prototype that influenced engineering leads, enabling design features to move into an earlier release cycle.
- Collaborated with engineers and designers to establish GitHub workflows, enabling myself and 3 designers to deploy code to production.

- Led the consolidation of cart and checkout across 24 Colibri brands into a configurable system supporting diverse products, add-ons, purchasing models, and websites by coordinating with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
